Ans: The Pakistan Navy offers a monthly stipend of Rs. 48,000/- to selected cadets during training for the Permanent Commission.

Eligibility Criteria to Join Pak Navy as PN Cadet:

Only unmarried male citizens of Pakistan are eligible to apply.
Nationality: Applicants holding Pakistani nationality are eligible to apply.
Height: The height of the male should be "5 Feet" "4 Inches".
Age Limit: Age limits are different for each category, which I am going to mention below.
Age Limit for Service Candidates: For Service Candidates, the age limit should be 17-23 years (For Armed @Feu
Age Limit For Civilians: For civilians, the age limit should be 16 1/2 to 21 years.

Education Requirements for PN Cadet Course:

he applicants must have passed Matric, F.Sc., or O/A Levels with at least 60% marks in any of the following subject combinations:
Physics, Maths, and Statistics
Physics, Maths, Computer Sciences
Physics, Maths, Chemistry
Candidates possessing O & A Level qualifications are required to provide an Equivalence Certificate issued by the Inter Board Committee of Chairmen (IBCC) at the time of application.
F.Sc. / A-Level Part-II appearing candidates with at least 65% marks in Part-I are also eligible to apply. However, they must submit a Hope Certificate issued by the Head of their respective college or institution.
Marks Relaxation: Candidates belonging to Balochistan will be granted a 10% relaxation in marks. They are eligible to apply with a minimum of 50% marks in F.Sc. / A-Level, instead of the 60% required for other candidates.
The Pakistan Navy invites F.Sc. qualified candidates to step forward and confidently apply for the PN Cadet Course 2026-A. In addition, candidates meeting the same qualification criteria may also explore the opportunity to join the Pakistan Army through the PMA Long Course 157, which is open for online registration at www.joinpakarmy.gov.pk .

How to Apply Online for PN Cadet 2026-A:

Interested candidates who wish to apply may register themselves from the website namely http://www.joinpaknavy.gov.pk.
The Registration has started from October 12 to November 02, 2025.
Applications sent directly to the Director of Recruitment, Naval Headquarters, will not be entertained during the recruitment process.
The last date for registration is November 02, 2025.

Selection Procedure for PN Cadet Permanent Commission:

For the selection process, candidates will be required to appear in an entrance test comprising the following subjects: Intelligence Test Academic Test (covering English, Physics, Mathematics, and General Knowledge)
The result of the entrance test will be communicated individually to each candidate after the completion of the test.
The candidates who will qualify for the entrance test will be eligible to be given the application forms from the Preliminary/Medical Interview, which will be held on the respective PNR & SC.
The candidates must get their ears and teeth cleaned by a special doctor.
Candidates who qualify for the entrance test will be issued application forms for the Preliminary Medical Examination and Interview, which will be conducted at their respective PNR & SC (Pakistan Navy Recruitment and Selection Center).
Final selection will be done on a merit basis by Naval Headquarters.
